Summer Book List

One of my favorite things about summer is being able to finally get to reading the books that I always put off during the school year. There is nothing better than being under the covers or outside with a great book- here are some of the ones off my reading list this summer.

One More Thing: Stories and Other Stories (B.J. Novak) I am a big Office fan and after reading Mindy Kaling's book (and re watching the series over the last few days) I am hoping to get my hands on the already well- received "book without pictures."

Looking for Alaska (John Green) I am a huge fan of John (and Hank) Green, and have started reading more of his books. If you don't know John Green, get out from under that rock and check out the Vlogbrothers YouTube channel.
How amazing is this reading nook?
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (J.K. Rowing) I know, I know. Despite going to get the book at midnight in 2007 and being the biggest Harry Potter fan growing up, I have yet to find the time to sit down and read the whole book.

Pride and Prejudice Another one of my mother's recommendations for how to be an educated young adult.

Divergent I remember hearing about this series when it first came out a few years ago and heard amazing things- Katy is a huge fan.

The Great Gatsby I think I am the only person with a high school diploma who has not read this book...

Catching Fire So basically this has turned into the list of books that have become movies/should have read a long time ago.

Happy Thursday!
