Try It Out: Blogilates

Whenever sports practices end for the summer and I find myself having to work out on my own (though I love running), sometimes I get stuck in a bit of a rut and like to branch out to other ways to work out. 

The other day I discovered Blogilates, an online YouTube channel by pilates instructor Cassey Ho. Her channel was started when she moved across the country and wanted to keep in touch with clients. Not only are her videos incredibly informative, but she is really involved in social media to interact with Blogilates fans. Her website also includes workout calendars and meal programs that she designs herself. 

Let me just tell you, these workouts work. Even if you have only 15 to 20 minutes to get your heart rate up, definitely try it out. They are quick and challenging and Cassey does a great job explaining everything. Here are some of my favorites:
