Current Favorite Workout

A while ago I wrote about Blogilates and how much I loved it for quick, efficient workouts. One of my favorite workouts that I have been doing a lot is this 1,000 workout. It's basically 100 reps of 10 moves that get your heart rate up with cardio and build muscle strength. This has been my favorite while I have been so busy.
