Drink It Up

Being out in the hot sun all day, as counselors we are constantly reminding the kids that they need to have their water bottles on them constantly. In addition, the continuous dinning hall food and eating lots of the not occasional junk food at staff meetings has made me realize it might be time to get back on the healthy wagon. When I was a junior in high school, I went on a super strict Paleo Diet (basically only drinking water and eating fruits, nuts, protein and veggies). As crazy as it sounds, I ended up not really missing the foods that I had to "give up" at the time. 

That being said, I have fallen back in love with drinking water (it certainly doesn't hurt having a cute Lilly tumbler too!). The crazy thing is, despite feeling like I have a kitten bladder constantly, I already feel so much better. Who knew a little H2O could go such a long way?
