With 2015 here, it's time for the annual resolutions. Rather than making very strict ones ("I'm never going to eat junk food again") I decided to make 5 simple goals that might actually last until December 31st.
1. Smile More || This may seem like a weird one, but I think this goes with being a person who is more friendly (especially to strangers) in general. I think this is something that everyone can easily do and it would make a world of difference!
2. Hydrate + Sunscreen || I mentioned it earlier, but my dad and I are trying to hydrate a lot more in general. One of my big goals in general is to take care of my skin more- something every older person has told me to do.
3. Work With My Closet || Like most college students, I tend to wear the same things over and over again forgetting the rest of my wardrobe. In an effort to combat my shopping problem, this year I really want to incorporate more of what I have.
4. Meet With My Professors || Especially before major assignments, to have one meeting with a professor before each major assignment. I've found that this not only combats typical procrastination, but generally turns out a much better product.
5. The 5 Minute Rule || This one is for you, Mummy. I read somewhere that if you have a task that you've been procrastinating that takes 5 minutes or less to just do it and your life will be much easier. Really gonna try to follow this as much as possible!
Happy 2015!
