Easy Eats: Naan Pizzas
Every year my extended family divides who does the cooking over Christmas break. My cousin, brother and I were in charge one night and it was decided that we would make personal Naan Pizzas. I had no idea how they would turn out, but it ended up being a total hit. Though you can use pita, naans are optimal, and the perfect size for personal pizzas (as someone with a large appetite, one is more than enough). They honestly taste amazing and are a perfect quick dinner.
Naan Pizzas (serves 4)
4-6 Naans
1 Jar of Tomato Sauce
2 Large Packets of Shredded Mozzarella
1 Cup Parmesan, shredded
1 Cup of as many toppings as you want
All you have to do is spread the sauce, add the cheese and toppings and throw it into an oven preheated to 350 for about 8 minutes- that's it!
