As I'm making my list of final things to do, there are alarmingly a number of big touristy things that I haven't done (Buckingham, getting afternoon tea, the Eye...) There are so many things to do, so I decided to narrow down to the best places. Here is my list of my favorite things I've done in London for anyone who is going to the city soon.
Notting Hill | One of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city, I highly recommend going for the cute cafes and of course, the amazing townhouses.
The Sky Garden | The top of the walkie talkie building has a sky garden that has 360 degree views of the city. Make sure to make a reservation online, but it's free (vs. the Eye) and way longer than a 20 minute ride.
Theatre | This semester, I was fortune enough to attend about a dozen shows in every style of theatre in London, ranging from West End shows to performances done catwalk style. I recommend seeing one show in London, and if you are feeling particularly adventurous, see a show at the Old Vic or Royal Court for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Harry Potter Studios Tour | An hour train ride to Watford, but well worth it. (See posts here and here.)
Borough Market | I'm really sad to be going for my last trip to the market and have already written about this place so much, but for good reason- it's a great way to see Southwark and feel like a Londoner!
Also make sure to check out Leister Square at night, get a Tube card, check out Harrods and see the Parliament/ Big Ben.
Have a great start to the weekend!
