Videos for Thought

This past year will be remembered as the "sponge year," where I spent a lot of time trying different things and observing - I think a lot of this has been due to the fact that between traveling alone and a summer job that had a lot of downtime. I addition to reading, throughout the year, I watched a lot of videos, TED Talks and documentaries. Here are two of my favorites from the past few weeks. 


Jennifer Lawrence on Fame  As a part of being a sponge, I have really loved learning how successful people got their start and think. In our society, we have an extreme obsession with fame and famous people. I am not alone, and this interview is a really interesting look at the life- and price- of fame. 

Casey Neistat on Everything I think Casey has some really interesting insight on life, especially as a creative person.
