Veg Life.



I have been thinking a lot about nutrition lately. After seeing these two documentaries (Forks over Knives and Cowspiricy), I have been thinking a lot about health and wellness. 

Since the beginning of this year, I have really cracked down on my eating habits- trying to make gradual changes to lead to bigger ones. One of them is my dependency on sugar. Though I'm still not at ideally no added sugar intakes, I've certainly noticed a difference in how I feel, my skin and energy levels. I have also been thinking about veganism and vegetarianism. Though many would say how "trendy" it is, there is something to be said about the farming industry and what that could mean for our future.
