Ending an Internship

When it comes to internships, leaving a lasting positive impression is crucial. Like dress codes, different internships have various vibes and it's important to think about what's appropriate.

Whether you are interning on Wall Street or a flower shop, writing a handwritten thank you note (not email) goes a long way and allows you to add a personal touch. (My dad always shows me the cards he gets every August and keeps all of them, so they definitely make a difference.)

Flowers are always nice for female workers and brighten up the office and putting them in Mason Jars are pretty and cost effective (no female will ever say no to flowers). Bringing treats for the office is also a nice and inexpensive way to celebrate all of your hard work from the summer!
